Company will call you, tell you that you called them about travel Voucher and that you didn't show up and when you tell them that you never call down or received anything will argue with you and tell you that you're an idiot . Then they will continue to argue with you, that you, asking if you were again, tell you that you were obviously not a customer and ask you if you did not call them how did they get your information which is what I would like to know! They will continue call me & tell me that we missed our spot, that something came up, then they argue with you in and what you want me to do with all this money. The only time I have ever called company what's to talk to a manager about the service I received from the gentleman called me and the manager was bad if not worse. Person called claimihg to be a invesigator Elliot. said to call him a certain time and I didn't gave some some docket number. I knew better not to because It is some type of scam. repoted them to the FTC. I had a similiar type of incident about three weeks ago. I had called this company back and asked for more info. they wouldnt give me any info. They asked me for my phone number since I blocked my call and I wouldn't give it to them.
